Policy Duration

Our return and refund policy is valid for 7 days (two weeks). If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be unused and in the same condition as when it was delivered.
  • It should be in its original packaging.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

How to Return an Item

To return an item, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your return directly to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Sale Items

Exchanges

Gift Returns

If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued for the return value. A gift certificate will be mailed once the item is received.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
